The rules also carefully consider the environment. ID® is a happy member of the Better Cotton Initiative. BCI exists to make global cotton production better for the people who produce it, better for the environment it grows in and better for the sector’s future. Better Cotton is sourced via a system of Mass Balance and is not physically traceable to end products. By using a system of Mass Balance, BCI is able to reach more farmers, meaning more sustainable practices are being implemented around the world.
